How We Did It

Clean the Channel

It’s hard to grow if you’re stuck playing defense, so step one was regain channel control. ZippyPaws ended their relationship with Amazon Retail to reassert their pricing control. Meanwhile, we collaboratively created a holistic pricing plan, ensuring strong profits and sales velocity. We also provided ZippyPaws the evidence they needed to identify and remove unauthorized sellers and counterfeits.

Optimize Product Listings

As ZippyPaws regained control, we optimized listing copy and imagery to properly represent their brand. Our SEO team conducted keyword, competitor, and customer research. We then used our findings to revise listings to include highly relevant terms and customers’ most-sought features.

Launch Paid Ads On & Off Amazon

With a firm foundation secured, we launched aggressive social media marketing and Amazon marketing campaigns. The social media ads brought additional traffic into Amazon, while the Amazon ads captured on-platform shoppers’ attention and boosted sales. Together, they efficiently grew ZippyPaws market share.
