How We Did It

Buttoned UP Listings

To accelerate sales growth, we started by fully optimizing their listings in Vendor Central and Seller Central for discoverability and conversion rate. Our strategies included:

  • Eliminating unnecessary cost and procedure by converting FN SKUs to barcodes
  • Normalizing SKU structure for ease of use and to facilitate scalability
  • Removing duplicate SKUs and enhancing the presentation of product variations
  • Migrating A+ Content from Vendor Central to Seller Central so we could add Seller-exclusive modules that improve indexing by search engines

Built Seller Central Campaigns

In Vendor Central, the brand was limited to promoting only their flagship products. By leveraging Seller Central, we were able to advertise the rest of their catalog while maintaining high profit margins.

Launched Sponsored Ads in Vendor & Seller Central

We embarked on a full funnel advertising strategy, launching Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads for the brand’s Vendor and Seller Central listings. Our campaigns hit bottom of funnel shoppers with Views Remarketing and Purchases Remarketing, and we reached top of funnel shoppers with In-Market, Lifestyle, and Interest audience segments.

Supported Vendor Central Inventory

We strategically supported the brand’s Vendor Central listings with their Seller Central account. If inventory ever ran out for their top selling products, we were able to fill the gap with their Seller Central account, capturing sales that would have otherwise been lost. When Vendor Central inventory was restored, we turned off Seller Central ads for those ASINs to prevent cannibalization.
