To restore North Star Games’ brand control, we advised they become their own seller. Before they could do that, however, they needed a clean channel. This would take time and attention, so while North Star Games ended their relationship with Amazon Retail (1P) and removed unauthorized sellers, they appointed Kaspien as their exclusive Amazon seller.
During this time, we worked closely with their team to represent their brand correctly and optimize performance, while they leveraged our seller tracking software and strategic partner, VantageBP, to remove unauthorized sellers.
Once their channel was resecured, we created and optimized their Seller Account, transitioning them from our Retail partnership to our Agency partnership.
