In June of 2021, K9 Power came to Kaspien with an all-too-common problem: They had missing inventory that Amazon had yet to reimburse them for, and their FBA inventory levels were very low. K9 Power hired Kaspien as their Amazon agency to help them reduce costs and drive growth through advertising, creative services, and inventory management.

Our creative team built three new infographic assets for each product to explain usage and highlight specific ingredients. These images show the real benefits of K9 Power’s products, giving shoppers more confidence in their purchasing decision, and sales rose 33% in the week after implementation. As an added benefit, many of the assets could be used for multiple products, making the listings appear more cohesive while maximizing creative resources.
Kaspien simultaneously tackled inventory reconciliation. Using Channel Auditor, we helped K9 Power get reimbursed for $2,000 worth of lost inventory. We also applied a 60-day coverage rule to keep inventory in stock for all SKUs. To mitigate FBA restock limits, we also created FBM SKUs for K9 Power’s entire catalog, allowing them to continue capturing sales even if FBA ran out of stock.
The marketing plan began with a competitor audit and keyword research. Using our findings, we optimized the frontend and backend of every listing. To further improve conversion rate, we created A+ Content for ASINs that didn’t have any and upgraded ASINs with existing enhanced content. We also overhauled their Brand Store, adding new pages complete with high-quality images and videos.
We focused on Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns to acquire more NTB sales. Over several months, our compelling Sponsored Brand Ads steadily increased Top of Page (TOP) visibility. We also created virtual bundles as upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving more revenue for the brand.
K9 Power’s initial goal was to reduce ACOS to 30%. After 4 months, ACOS was below 30% and conversion rate steadily rose to above 25%. Just 8 months after partnering with Kaspien, K9 Power’s revenue was up 81% YoY.
