Trans World Entertainment Corporation (Nasdaq National Market:
TWMC), a leading retailer of entertainment products, today announced
that its e-commerce web site, will begin a Corporate
Affiliates Program enabling businesses to sell TWEC.COM products and
services on their sites.

Affiliates receive commissions on purchases generated at TWEC.COM
as a result of traffic from their sites. By increasing awareness of
its online presence, TWEC.COM expects the program to drive more
traffic to, creating additional opportunities to generate
revenue from its e-commerce business.

A unique benefit that affiliates receive through the TWEC.COM
Affiliates Program is that affiliates earn commissions on all
purchases made by users for ninety days following the initial
purchase, regardless of whether users return via the affiliate site or
return directly to TWEC.COM.

A link embedded in a TWEC.COM search box that enables users to

search for TWEC.COM products while on the affiliate site

A link to any of the specific channel pages on the web site

A link to any product, event or seasonal promotional offering

In addition, affiliates will be offered various types of
advertisements from banner ads to logos to display on their site,
including instructions on how to link them. They will also be able to
link to artwork such as album covers and banners to exhibit on their
