Returns in original packaging will be accepted both by mail and at any of Trans World’s retail stores for thirty days following purchase. Merchandise purchased at TWEC.COM that is returned to any of Trans World’s retail store chains will be accepted if accompanied by the e-mail order confirmation and shipment packing slips. Trans World stores include Camelot Music, Coconuts Music and Movies, F.Y.E. (For Your Entertainment), Planet Music, Record Town, Spec’s, Strawberries Music and The Wall.
