LEXINGTON, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–April 24, 2000–ecampus.com, the only full-service virtual campus bookstore, has allied with Trans World Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ:TWMC) to promote a Lucky Number Game designed to extend brand awareness among the 18 to 24 demographic. ecampus.com has captured more than 80 percent brand awareness among its target demographic of pre-college, college and directly post-college students as a result of branding initiatives like the Lucky Number Game promotion that speak to key audiences in their own language and style. CFA/COMP negotiated with TWEC, on behalf of the company to solidify a marketing partnership with one of the largest and most popular specialty music and video retailers in the United States since 1972.

TWEC has approximately 1000 online and offline retail outlets, including Camelot Music, Saturday Matinee, Coconuts Music & Movies and TWEC.com, reaching target audiences across the US. ecampus.com will work with TWEC to advertise the Lucky Number Game in each of these outlets with the goal of driving new registered users to the ecampus.com site.
